Dear Customers,

I have had a dismal year for Orange Blossom honey. I do not know if it was the lack of rain but we are in drought conditions. Because of this and limited stock I will not be mailing orders of Orange Blossom honey this year. I am so sorry to disappoint you and all my customers who have been so loyal.

Local Customers who frequent the Honour Stand please call for availability.

I will have 2009 Central Florida Spring Honey available in June
and expect to have it in all sizes.

*The natural process used in our honey production prevents the need for any heating, chemical processing, or filtering out of important nutrients, enzymes or pollen.

**During the winter, the climate requires some warming to keep honey liquefied. This is not pasteurization or extreme heating.
